» Cooking Boba

  1. Bring water in a pot to boil. (ratio of water to boba 6:1)
  2. Place BOBA DIRECT TAPIOCA PEARLS into pot and cook for 30 minutes without covering.
  3. Stir occasionally to prevent the boba from sticking and continue to stir until it begins to float.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool with lid covered for 10 minutes.
  5. Use a strainer to drain the water and rinse boba thoroughly with cool water.
  6. Add BOBA DIRECT FRUCTOSE.
  7. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

» Brewing Tea

  1. Bring the water in a pot to boil. (ratio of water to tea is: 1 cup water to 3 teaspoons tea)
  2. Pour the boiling water onto the tea leaves.
  3. Steep tea leaves for about 3 minutes.
  4. Strain and remove, ready to serve.

» Flavored Powder Bubble Tea

  1. Add 2 ounces of BOBA DIRECT ALL IN ONE FLAVOR POWDER into blender/shaker.
  2. Add 4 ounces of hot water and dissolve
  3. Add 1 cup of ice into blender/shaker and blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour over boba and/or coconut jelly in cup.
  5. Serve drink with BOBA DIRECT FAT STRAW and enjoy! (makes 16 ounce drink)

» Flavored Juice Syrup Bubble Tea

  1. Add 2-3 ounces of BOBA DIRECT JUICE SYRUP into blender/shaker.
  2. Add 4 ounces of water, 2 ounces of fresh brewed tea, and 1 cup of ice into blender/shaker.

Boba Tea (bō'bә- tē)

noun.   1. A frothy mixture of iced tea, milk, and fruit juice, served over tapioca pearls. 2.
