All of our items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and will leave our store in perfect condition. Any breakage in shipping must be reported within 5 days. Original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available for claims.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in certain instances if it is deemed necessary for such or any damaged or used items above and beyond the normal business transaction of shipping and handling.
