What is it?
Boba Tea (bo-bah tea)
noun. 1. A frothy mixture of iced tea, milk, and fruit juice, served over tapioca pearls. 2. It can be hot or cold and the ingredients can include dozens of flavor combinations plus a creamer, sweetener and water, tea or milk. The tapioca pearls are size of black marbles, sometimes white or transparent, which includes sweet potato, cassava root and brown sugar.

What is the shelf life for bubble tea products?
Our tapioca pearls have a shelf life of 8 months. Flavor powders have a shelf life of 12-18 months and our juice syrups have a shelf life of 12-18 months.
Do I need to add creamer and sugar when using the flavor powders?
No, our flavor powders are All-In-One, meaning everything is included in the powder. All you need to do is add tea or water and ice.
Can you customize juice syrups?
Yes, we can customize any juice syrup to any flavor. Our syrups are manufactured in Chicago, IL and we will need a sample of syrup that you are interested in. In addition, there is a minimum order of 50 cases per custom ordered syrup.
Why are my tapioca pearls burning in the pot?
Tapioca pearls will burn, melt, or dissolve in the pot if there is not enough water to cook them in. We recommend at least a 7 to 1 ratio of water to pearls. Just remember that more water does not effect the tapioca pearls, but too little will!
How should I store my unused tapioca pearls?
Our tapioca pearls have a shelf life of 8 months and should be kept in a cool, dry area. Placing tapioca pearls in air tight bags or containers will help them stay fresh longer. We do not recommend refrigerating the unused tapioca pearls because the moisture from condensation will decrease the shelf life of the boba.
How much is shipping going to be?
Shipping rates are based on weight. We typically use UPS because they have been the most reliable and cost-effective. However, if you have enough storage space, we would recommend ordering over 200 lbs, so we can freight the products. You will save overall shipping costs by trucking the products.
