Tapioca Pearls
approximately 5 servings
1. Bring 7 cups of water in a pot to boil.
2. Add 1 cup of TAPIOCA PEARLS into pot.
3. Stir boba until it begins to float.
4. Cook for 30 minutes without lid.
5. Remove from heat and let cool with lid covered for 20 minutes.
6. Use a strainer to drain the water and rinse boba thoroughly with cool water.
7. Add FRUCTOSE, sugar, and/or honey.
8. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
Flavored Powder Bubble Tea
16 oz drink
1. Add 6 oz of hot water or tea into COCKTAIL SHAKER.
2. Add 3 oz of FLAVORED POWDER and dissolve.
3. Add 2 cups of ice and securely close shaker.
4. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.
5. Pour over boba and/or coconut jelly in cup.
6. Serve drink with FAT STRAW and enjoy!
Flavored Juice Syrup Bubble Tea
16 oz drink
1. Add 4 oz of hot water into COCKTAIL SHAKER.
2. Add additional 2 oz of tea.
3. Add 3 oz of FLAVORED JUICE SYRUP and stir.
4. Add 2 cups of ice and securely close shaker.
5. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.
6. Pour over boba and/or coconut jelly in cup.
7. Serve drink with FAT STRAW and enjoy!
Jam Based Bubble Smoothie
16 oz drink
1. Add 1/4 cup of FLAVORED SMOOTHIE MIX into blender jar.
2. Add additional 1/4 cup of milk or half and half.
3. Add 2 cups of ice and blend thoroughly.
4. Pour over boba and/or coconut jelly in cup.
5. Serve drink with FAT STRAW and enjoy!
Hawaiian Shaved Ice Dessert
approximately 1-2 servings
1. Add 3 cups of ice into Ice Shaver Machine.
2. Place shaved ice into a large cup or bowl.
3. Spread 1/2 cup of RED BEAN over shaved ice.
4. Add 1 scoop of ice cream, flavor of choice (green tea our favorite!).
5. Add 1 cup of sliced fresh fruits of choice (berries, banana, kiwi, etc.).
6. Top off with FLAVORED FRUIT SYRUP of your choice.
7. Serve dessert with spoon and enjoy!
Brewing Tea
1. Bring 1 cup of water in a pot to boil.
2. Add 3 teaspoons of tea leaves.
3. Steep tea leaves for about 3 minutes.
4. Strain and remove, ready to serve.
Thai Tea Recipe
1. Bring 6 cups of water in a pot to boil.
2. Add 12 tablespoons of tea leaves and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain and remove tea leaves.
4. Add ½ cup of sugar and dissolve.
5. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
7. Add ice to cup and fill cold tea ¾ full.
8. Top off with evaporated milk, half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk.
9. Enjoy!
