Shipping Information
To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products within the 48 continental states and US Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped outside the 48 continental states. We will take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
If you place an order before 1pm EST, your order will be shipped the same business day. If you order after 1pm, your order will be shipped the following business day.
* If an order occurs within a Sunday or holiday, they will be shipped the following business day.
All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority & Insured, but the customer is responsible for this cost. All International orders will be held pending approval of shipping cost. Boba Direct Inc. must declare the actual cost of merchandise on customs orders. International shipping time usually takes 7 - 14 days.

Return Policy
All requests for returns must be completed with us within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will not consider any refunds after 15 days. Thank you for your understanding.
All of our items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and will leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Any breakage in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available for processing claims.
If for any reason you need to return the whole or partial shipment to us from within the continental United States, please call our Shipping Department at 866-4-USBOBA (487-2622) or email us at shipping@bobadirect.com and reference your order number.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in certain instances if it is deemed necessary for such or any damaged or used items above and beyond the normal business transaction of shipping and handling.
